SPOKANE, Wash. – Continued unplayable conditions in Spokane forced the postponement of Saturday's Northwest Conference baseball doubleheader between visiting Lewis & Clark College and host Whitworth University.

The teams attempted to get in at least one game on Saturday at Gonzaga's Patterson Baseball Complex, but the field still had too much snow left over from Friday's severe winter storm in the area. 

The Pirates and River Otters will now play a doubleheader on Sunday in Pasco, Washington at Columbia Basin College.  First pitch is scheduled for noon.  Video will not be available from the games at CBC, but live statistics will operate throughout the games.

The teams will determine when and where to make up the third game of the series at a later date.
