TACOMA, Wash. – Campbell Vincent scored six goals to lead visiting Whitworth to an 18-3 win over Puget Sound in a Northwest Conference women's lacrosse match on Saturday afternoon.

Vincent now has 57 goals this season, breaking her own previous Whitworth single-season record for goals (56) set last season in 18 matches.  She accomplished the feat in only 13 matches in 2025 as the Bucs improved to 6-7 overall and 3-4 in the NWC.

Vincent has also broken Whitworth's record for points in a season by adding to her assist total on Saturday.  She had one, giving her 16 for the season to reach 73 total points.  The Pirates' previous record for total points in one season was 64, set by Rebecca Irwin in 2024.

The Pirates took a 4-0 lead five minutes into the match after Sierra Witte and Vincent scored less than one minute into the contest.  Megan Whitman and Kenison Turner added goals before the Loggers (4-11 overall, 1-6 NWC) scored midway through the first.  Peyton Green's goal in the final minute of the initial quarter gave the Bucs a 5-1 lead after one.

Whitworth broke the game open by outscoring UPS 8-0 in the second.  Cassidy Fansler got on the board early before Witter, Turner and Green each scored their second goal of the match.  Kenzie Heman scored two in a row before Vincent got one more.  Turner added her third just before halftime.

Vincent scored all three Pirate goals in the third quarter and Whitworth's first in the fourth to reach six for the game.  Hemman added one more for the Bucs with 8:19 to play.

Whitworth outshot Puget Sound 38-11.  The Pirates forced 23 UPS turnovers while committing 15 and won 18 of 25 draw controls.

While Turner and Hemman added to the scoring total with three apiece, Green finished with two and a team-high three assists.  Green also led the squad with three caused turnovers and three ground balls.  Hemman won 10 of the Pirates' 18 draw controls.

Sage Fosnock played the whole game in goal for Whitworth and made four saves.

Hailey Woodard scored two of the Loggers' three goals.

The Pirates will finish out the 2025 season at Pacific Lutheran on Sunday afternoon.
