Whitworth University

Originally from Omak, Washington, Nichols moved to Spokane and attended Whitworth University graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2024. Nichols was a part of the Whitworth lacrosse team for four seasons (2020-2024) and was a captain for her final two seasons. During her senior year she was awarded with the Aaron Leetch Inspiration Award recognizing a Pirate student-athlete who embodies inspiration, passion, perseverance and dedication to his or her sport.

Nichols serves as the assistant for sports and conditioning as well as the team’s academic coordinator. She has a long history with off-season training and conditioning, as well as powerlifting. Nichols thrives on the energy that comes with strength training and is looking forward to providing a space of acceptance and encouragement in the weight room and on the field. Additionally, she works full time as a registered behavioral technician providing therapy for children with an autism diagnosis.
