Experience -
2014: Sam started 21 matches and appeared in all 22 contests for the Pirates. He totaled six goals and six assists, finishing second on the team with 18 total points. He was named to the NSCAA/Continental Tire Division III All-West Region Team and was also an All-NWC First Team selection.
2013: Sam scored four goals, including one match-winner and one game-tying goal as as sophomore. He also added four assists. Sam was named to the All-NWC Second Team, despite battling through an injury-riddled season. He started 11 of Whitworth's 18 matches.
2012: Sam scored four goals and added three assists while playing in 18 matches during his freshman campaign.  He had the game-winner in the Pirates' important 1-0 victory at PLU and went on to earn honorable mention All-NWC.
HS: Sam helped lead South Eugene to three consecutive league championships (sophomore through senior).  He was voted as his team's MVP and Most Inspirational player.
