Career Highlights:
2018-19: Carter attended Washington State University and redshirted on the basketball team.
HS: Carter helped Gonzaga Prep earn back-to-back 4A WIAA championships.  He averaged 13 points, 8 rebounds and six assists as a senior for the Bullpups, who posted a 52-2 record in his two seasons as a starter.  He was also a first team All-GSL honoree in football for the Bullpups.
