Experience -
2012: Jesse became a starting safety and was among the Pirate leaders in total tackles (53), including a high of 13 stops at La Verne.
2011: Redshirted his freshman season at Portland State.
HS:  Jesse helped lead Aloha High School to an Oregon state championship as a senior in 2011, earning state championship game MVP honors.  He was named First Team All-State and Metro League Player of the Year as a linebacker.  Bresser also played basketball at Aloha.
