Biography

Experience - 
2017: Garrett served as one of four team captains for the Pirates.  He earned first team All-NWC recognition for the second straight season.  Garrett finished with 51 receptions and four touchdowns.
2016: Garrett led Whitworth with 72 catches for 1,024 yards, finishing second in the NWC in receiving yards and third in total receptions.  McKay led the Pirates with eight touchdown catches and a yards-per-catch average of 14.2.  A punt returner and kick returner as well, McKay led Whitworth with 1,409 all-purpose yards (140.9 ypg).  He was named to the All-NWC first team.
2015: Garrett bounced back from his injury with a big season as a starting WR.  He finished with 53 receptions for 466 yards, and ran the ball four times for 28 yards.  He alao was the primary punt returner with 11 for 54 yards.
2014:  Garrett caught six passes for 86 yards and a touchdown in just over one game of action before a knee injury ended his season.  He was granted a medical hardship waiver.
HS: Garrett was a two-time All-State selection and three-time All-Narrows League honoree at Bellarmine Prep.  He helped lead the Lions to a state semifinal as a senior and to the state championship game as a junior.
