Experience - 
2023: Carter spent the 2023 season on the roster at Utah Tech, but did not appear in a game.
2021-22:  Carter spent two years on a mission.
2020:  Carter did not play in a game in his first year at Whitworth.
HS: Carter was a two-time first team All-Central Washington Athletic Conference corner back at Ephrata HS.  He was also his team's MVP both seasons.
