Experience - 
HS: Carter was a two-sport standout at Wilsonville HS, earning first team All-State as a senior and first team All-Northwest Oregon Conference as a junior and senior.  He helped his team win a pair of state titles.  In track & field he was a state runner-up in the discus and fourth in the high jump.
