Haley Elkin is the Program Director and Head Coach of Whitworth cheer and has served in this role since 2021. A Spokane native, Haley attended Lewis and Clark High School before attending Whitworth University from 2017 to 2021. Haley cheered in high school and at Whitworth as a member of the cheerleading team for four years. Haley also served as captain on the Whitworth cheer team for two years. Haley graduated from Whitworth with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. In 2022, Haley earned her Master's Degree from Whitworth. Haley has coached at both the high school and collegiate level, serving as assistant cheer coach for Lewis and Clark. Haley is passionate about building leaders and equipping her cheerleaders with life skills that will serve them in their time as college students and in their future. In addition to coaching the Whitworth cheerleading team, Haley also leads Business Development at engineering firm, Budinger & Associates, Inc.
