2020: Mitch played at Montana State-Billings, but the season was cancelled before he had a chance to play in a game.
2018-19: Mitch was a two-year starter for CC of Spokane.  He led the team in home runs (7) and walks in 2019 (39).
HS: Mitch earned All-State recognition as a senior at Capital HS.  He was a four-year starter.
