Career Highlights2016: Matt batted .290 and finished with 13 doubles, seven home runs and 31 RBIs in 40 games.
2015: Appeared in 26 games with 25 starts, batting .330 with six home runs, 30 RBIs and 14 runs scored. Also made two appearances on the mound, throwing 1.2 innings. Despite missing part of the season with an injury, Matthew was named First Team All-NWC and was a All-West Region selection by D3baseball.com and the American Baseball Coaches Association.
2014: Made 19 starts and appeared in 25 games. Batted .311 with 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Tied for the team lead with three home runs.  
HS: Matthew was named First Team All-GSL as a senior.
