Experience - 
2021: The 2021 Northwest Conference Player of the Year, Maddie led the NWC in points per set (4.30) and kills per set (3.74) during the regular season.  She added 24 service aces and was strong on the defensive side as well.  Lee averaged 0.57 blocks and 3.69 digs per set.  Lee was the only player on the team to play all six rotations.  She was selected as the NWC's Offensive Player of the Week three times in 2021.
2020: Maddie led all NWC players with 174 kills and averaged 3.48 kills per set.  She added 2.86 digs per set and 0.52 blocks per set while starting every match.
2018-19: Maddie battled through injuries as a first year player for CWU, then played sparingly as a defensive specialist as a sophomore.  
HS: Maddie was the Greater Spokane League Player of the Year as a junior and senior while leading Mead HS to consecutive runner-up finishes at the WIAA 4A tournament.  She claimed first team All-State recognition both seasons and was a three-time first team All-GSL honoree.  She also served as a team captain her final two seasons with the Panthers.  Also an outstanding student, Maddie finished high school with a 4.0 GPA and was a valedictorian.
