Biography

Experience -
2010: Parker was on the football roster at EWU, but did not appear in a game for the Eagles.
2009: Attended Washington State in the fall before transferring to Eastern Washington.
HS: Parker was a two-time First Team All-Great Northern League honoree at WVHS as a wide receiver, earning Second Team All-State (2A) as a senior.  He was also on a state championship 1,600 meter relay squad in track.
