Todd Green

Todd Green is in his fifth year on the Whitworth coaching staff in 2025.  He will continue to coach the wide receivers and serves as the team's Spiritual Coordinator.

Green was previously the head coach and defensive coordinator at Bellevue Christian School for seven years.  He was named the Nisqually League Coach of the Year in 2018.  During his 22-year career at the high school level, he also served as an offensive coordinator at Liberty, Issaquah, and King’s, leading several teams into the state playoffs.

As a player, Green was a member of the 1993 NAIA National Championship team at Pacific Lutheran University.   Playing safety, he was PLU's co-leader in interceptions and earned the team’s Most Inspirational Award.  In 1992 Green was the recipient of PLU Football’s “EMAL” Award, representing servant-leadership and commitment to excellence.   Green earned a BA in Communications from PLU and a Master’s in Teaching from City University.  He has two step-children, Ashton and Arabella Sorrento.
