Whitworth University

Jennifer Toulouse-Lee has worked at Whitworth University since 2005, and in the Athletics Department since 2013. Jennifer spent six and a half years as the athletics program coordinator before being promoted to the Assistant Athletic Director for Finance and Administration, SWA.

In her current role, Toulouse-Lee is responsible for budget management, NCAA and EADA reporting, donor relations and assists with NCAA compliance. She also oversees event planning.

In her role as the program coordinator, she was responsible for planning major department events including Pirate Night, the Golf Classic as well as the Senior Dessert. She also served on the Athletics Leadership Team, and coordinated the university’s mentor program for administrative staff.

Additionally, Toulouse-Lee serves as the Senior Woman Administrator, represents the Athletics Department on the university’s Diversity Cabinet and is the NCAA athletics diversity and inclusion designee (ADID).
