Holly Whitman

Holly Whitman is in her first season as an assistant at Whitworth in 2025.

She played collegiately at Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.  At the end of her sophomore year, she was named ECAC tournament MVP, and was a first team Division III All-American the two years following. She was the DIII scoring leader in 1997 and led her team to an NCAA Final Four appearance in 1998. She was inducted into the Hartwick Athletic hall of Fame individually in 2005, and then again as part of her 1998 Final Four team in 2023. 

Followin graduation, Whitman spent one season as the assistant coach at U-Albany before going into the Physician Assistant program at Northeastern University in Boston.

Upon graduation, she moved to Spokane where she spent eight years developing the team at Gonzaga Prep High School from eight girls to a squad of over 40. In 2016, she established the Spokane Stealth where she spent another eight years, and more recently has taken on coaching the Lilac City Select High School team in the off season. 

Whitman is also a collegiately-rated lacrosse official and a USAL Certified Trainer and Observer, a mom of three, and a full-time Physician Assistant and Site Medical Manager for a local pediatric group.
