Haley Elkin is the director of Whitworth cheer. Prior to becoming cheer program director, Haley served as Whitworth cheer squad's head coach for three years. A Spokane native, Haley attended Lewis and Clark High School before attending Whitworth University from 2017 to 2021. Haley graduated from Whitworth with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. In 2022, Haley earned her Master's Degree from Whitworth University. Haley cheered in high school and at Whitworth as a member of the Whitworth cheerleading team for four years. Haley also served as captain on the Whitworth Cheer Team for two years. Haley has coached at both the high school and collegiate level, serving as assistant cheer coach for Lewis and Clark. Haley is passionate about building leaders and equipping her cheerleaders with life skills that will serve them in their post-grad life. In addition to coaching the Whitworth cheerleading team, Haley also works in business development at a civil engineering firm in the Spokane area.
