Whitworth University

Abbie Jo enters her second season on the Whitworth Track and Field coaching staff. She helps with the throwing events.

In her first year at Whitworth, she helped the women’s throws program have 4 All-Americans, 4 Conference Champions, and helping the throws program score 136 points at the Conference meet.

As an athlete at Whitworth, Abbie Jo won 2 Conference Championships in the hammer and a 4-time All-Conference honoree. She is ranked 3rd on the Whitworth All-Time hammer list.

After receiving her B.S. in Health Sciences from Whitworth she went on to get her nursing degree and is now a nurse at Holy Family Hospital in Spokane.
