Experience-
2023: One of Whitworth's top runners all season, Alex finished 17th at the NWC Championships and 39th at the NCAA West Region meet.
2022: Alex finished 30th at the Northwest Conference Championships and 103rd at the NCAA West Region meet.
HS: In cross country Alex was a runner up in the regional championships, helping Post Falls win a regional title in 2020, its second in a row. In track & field he was a regional champion in the 800 and 1,600 and a medalist at the state championships.
