Experience - 
2016: Sarah competed in cross country and track and field during her freshman year at Whitworth.  She set a school record and was the NWC runner-up in the 400 meter dash.
HS: Sarah was her team's MVP each of her four seasons playing soccer at Ketchikan HS.  She was selected as the team captain three years in a row, sophomore through senior.
