Experience:
HS: Xavier competed for the U16 Ecuador National Team in 2016, setting Ecuador's national record in the 200m. He was recognized as the city's best athlete that year. He was also on the U18 4x400-meter relay team that set a national record and placed sixth at the South American Championships.
