Experience: 
Fr.-Sr.: Rachel attended the University of Washington and was on the varsity rowing team, which won two Pac-12 titles and two NCAA championships (2017, 2019).
HS: Rachel finished 4th in the shot put at the WIAA 2A state championships in 2016.
