Biography
Experience:
2024: James competed in 11 meets for the Pirates. He finished eighth in the 3,000SC at the NWC Championships
2023: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 at the NWC championships, placed 14th for Whitworth XC in the NWC championships last fall.
HS: James was a cross country and track standout at Mead HS, helping the Panthers win a 2021 GSL title and second place in a virtual WIAA 4A state championship meet.
