Biography
Experience:
2025: Amblessed was named the 2025 USTFCCCA West Region Women's Field Athlete of the Year. She earned All-NWC honors, USTFCCCA All-West Region recognition and first-team All-American honors in both indoor and outdoor competition. She won a NWC Championship in shot put and discus and placed second in discus at the NCAA Div. III Outdoor Championships.
2024: Amblessed won a NWC championship in discus and earned All-NWC honors. She finished sixth in discus at the NCAA Div. III championships, earning her first-team All-American honors and USTFCCCA All-West Region recognition.
2023: Amblessed was excellent in her freshman season, placing 2nd in discus and 5th in shot put at the 2023 NWC championships.
HS: Amblessed was a three-time district champion and finished third at the WIAA 1A state championships in the discus.
