SPOKANE, Wash. – The Whitworth women's soccer team finished the weekend with a scoreless draw against Whitman in an exhibition match in the Pine Bowl.

Whitworth (1-1-1) and Whitman (0-3) decided to play an exhibition match because the Blues were limited to a small roster due to injuries. The teams played 35-minute halves.

The Pirates finished with the lead in shots (12-5), shots on goal (5-1) and corner kicks (9-1).

Whitworth takes on Puget Sound in pair of home matches next weekend.
